Chiropractic Care Disclaimer

Chiropractic care is a complementary wellness service intended to support comfort, movement, and overall function. Chiropractic services are not a substitute for veterinary diagnosis, veterinary care, or emergency medical treatment.

Dr. Katherine does not diagnose disease, prescribe medication, or perform surgery. Clients are responsible for maintaining an ongoing relationship with their licensed veterinarian and following all veterinary recommendations.

Consent to Treatment

By scheduling and receiving chiropractic services, you confirm that you are the legal owner or authorized agent of the animal being treated and that you consent to chiropractic care.

You acknowledge that all animals respond differently to chiropractic care and that results cannot be guaranteed.

Assumption of Risk

Working with animals involves inherent risks, including but not limited to unpredictable behavior, movement, or reactions. By participating in chiropractic services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with handling and treating animals.

Dr. Katherine is not responsible for injury to animals, owners, handlers, trainers, or third parties that may occur during or after treatment.

Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr. Katherine and Wild Pine Chiropractic shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from chiropractic services, scheduling, travel, or communication.

Clients agree to hold harmless and indemnify Dr. Katherine from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from services provided.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Missed appointments or cancellations without proper notice may be subject to a fee.

All fees are non refundable once services have been rendered.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate health history, disclose known medical conditions, and inform Dr. Katherine of any changes in the animal’s health, behavior, or veterinary status.

A safe handling environment must be provided for treatment. Services may be declined if conditions are unsafe.

Media Release

Unless otherwise requested in writing, clients grant permission for photographs or videos taken during sessions to be used for educational or marketing purposes. Personal identifying information will not be shared without consent.

This website is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical or veterinary advice. Use of this website does not establish a doctor client relationship.
